Professional Home Organizing in Portland, OR

Frequently Asked Questions
1.

I'm embarrassed by how messy and disorganized my home is... how could I ever let anyone try to organize it?

There is no judgment. Everyone has their own strengths and gifts. You have your own gifts. My gift is organizing. Please allow me to use my gift to give you the tools to take control of your environment. Fighting through that initial embarrassment is the first step to taking control of your life. You will have complete confidentiality. I will be there to help you, not judge you.

2. How do we begin?

It's easy - we start with a free, initial consultation by phone. During the consultation we will:
   •Determine the problem areas
•Discover what has stopped you from being organized
     in the past
•Assess the time required for the project

After the initial consultation we will agree upon the scope of the project. You can choose to have me hands on throughout the entire project or I can develop a plan for you to implement and meet with you periodically to help with the implementation. You are in control of the budget.

3.

What is the process of organizing? What can I expect?

After the initial consultation, the next step is to sort, toss, donate, assign permanent placement and contain your items to simplify your life and home. Timeframes vary depending on the size of the project... and no project is too big or too small!

4.

Do you need to purchase items to be organized?

You will not necessarily need to purchase special items to be organized. If you wish I can direct you to helpful stores or websites to fulfill your needs, or I can shop for those items for you. If you do not wish to purchase organizational items, I can work with the storage you have and make it as efficient as possible. Remember, you are in control of the process and the budget.
